Plant Manager - ManagementRecruitersofLakeCounty (NASHVILLE, AR)
-Manufacturing management over a 48 machine injection molding plant with an average of 225 employees.
Reporting to the General manager.
Machines range from 100 to 750 ton.
Responsible for Production, Quality, Engineering, and Tooling.
Custom molding, a lot of glass filled nylon, some 2 shot molding.
This is a new position as the current GM will be more involved in business development.
The company has been up grading the current management staff to get to the next level.
Must have extensive experience in plastic injection molding.
Must have a college degree.
Automotive experience a plus but not required.
Bilingual a plus, but not required.
Experience managing a manufacturing plant with at least 100 employees.
