Responsibilities:
Responsible for the design, revision, modification, layout, and requisition of plant machinery and equipment to insure a steady and continuous production flow.
When necessary, works with Technical, Production, Lab, QE, and Maintenance to evaluate, troubleshoot, & resolve process issues and modifications.
Consults with the Maintenance Manager, Department Managers, Production, other Project Engineers, Industrial Engineers, and Plant Engineer concerning project assignment details.
Acts as mentor in working with co-op engineers and associate engineers in developing their understanding of processes, methods, system, etc.
related to operations and equipment of the plant.
Understands Lean Manufacturing principles and actively initiates & participates in continuous improvement projects and teams.
Ensures compliance with control plans.
Qualification and
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering 5 years relevant work experience Preferred
Qualifications:
