The successful candidates will be responsible for providing helpful and friendly support to customers verbally through inbound/outbound calls as well as written communications via chat, email, and text messaging to fulfill the short-term financial needs of customers.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficient computer skills, and the hands-on ability to multi-task using different operating systems, applications, and software.
Additionally, they must have the ability to think quickly to provide support in a fast-paced, ever-changing, contact center environment.
