Responsibilities:
As an IT Specialist, you will provide support to dealerships, body shops, administrative staff & marine & RV repair centers spread across 4 states.
Your primary focus will be providing end-user troubleshooting and support.
You will provide support remotely from the office and on-site.
You will work with other team members to support internal and external users and third-party vendors.
The IT Specialist will be responsible for:
Installing and configuring computer hardware & peripherals, networking equipment, printers, media players, wireless devices, etc.
Installing and configuring operating systems and software Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests and documenting user interactions Providing technical support across the company (in person, or over email/phone) Setting up and terminating accounts for onboarding/offboarding Assisting with daily department tasks/projects and other duties as assigned There are several qualities that IT Specialist candidates should be expected to display:
A technical, logical thought process An ability to stick to strict deadlines An ability to prioritize and document your work A keen eye for detail Ability to explain technical details to a non-technical audience Technical support experience preferred Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
