The role will require strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Prior real estate experience is not required but preferred.
The Home Placement Coordinator will be responsible for helping people become homeowners by listening to their needs and identifying a home that is perfect for them.
Additionally, you will need to implement an effective marketing strategy and oversee the lead generation process along with an amazing team of individuals helping you every step of the way.
The role is NOT intended for a pushy salesperson, but sales tactics are required! We are looking for motivated candidates that truly care about people and helping them achieve a better life.
Responsibilities:
Create and post ads across various channels.
Implement lead generation strategies and optimize marketing channels to attract potential residents.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, brokers, and other industry professionals to generate leads and referrals.
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to homeowner.
Generate reports, and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications:

Self-motivated individuals with a can-do attitude and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, phone etiquette, and learning aptitude.
