Project Manager

Job DescriptionThe role of Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict quality standards, deadlines and within budget while maintaining high levels of safety and customer satisfaction.
This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and subcontractors in order to deliver projects according to plan and budget.
The Project Manager will also define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle in coordination with the Design Team.
The Project Manager will also work closely with the Executive Team to ensure timely and quality completion of construction process and strategies for the acquisition of new work.

Responsibilities:
oDirect and manage project development from beginning to end oDefine project scope and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with executive management oDevelop project plans and schedule oEffectively communicate project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion oCommunicate with customers on an ongoing basis oSet and continually manage project expectations with team members and customers oDraft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary oIdentify and manage project dependencies and critical path oPlan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools oTrack project milestones and deliverables oDevelop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentation oIssue status reports to the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas oProactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans oDefine project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
oCoach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and subcontractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work oBuild, develop, and grow business relationships vital to the success of the project.
oConduct project lessons learned meetings and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements oDevelop best practices and tools for project execution and management.
Requirements 5
years in Commercial General Contracting in Project Manager capacity Strong familiarity with project management software - Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Certifications in OSHA 30 The ability to travel a plus.
Telecommunications experience is a must.
