Pleasant areas.
Our consumers are referred to us by Texas Workforce Solutions and are needing assistance securing and maintaining long-term, meaningful employment.

The position has a base salary of $40,000 the first 120 days until credentialed and then the specialist is moved to an incentive-based plan with a base salary of $15,200 per year plus incentives.
The average income for an Employment Specialist is $49,000 annually AND higher performing specialist earn $59,000-79,000 per year.
This is a performance-based pay plan with great income opportunity.
Applicants must be professional, highly motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to see our customers succeed.
The must be able to work from 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday although job requires flexibility with evenings and weekends at times.
Individuals must have a home office and a successful background working with disadvantaged populations.
Applicants must have a bachelor's degree in a Human Services field (Rehabilitation, Education, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Criminal justice etc.
) OR Three years of professional experience helping individuals involved with Vocational Rehabilitation, Mental Health, Social Services or Non-Profits.
As a part of WorkReady employee training, the new Employment Specialist will do online courses through the University of North Texas to become certified in Job Skills Training, Job Placement and Supported Employment.
WorkReady pays for all courses.
Bilingual is helpful.
