The Pharmaceutical Manufacturer is responsible for assisting in batch formulations of all blended materials made for production.
This includes following all SOP's and GMP's, double sign offs, and filling out all documentation correctly, including cleaning logs.
QUALIFICIATIONS:
To perform this job successfully, previous factory or production experience is required.
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Math and decision-making skills are essential.
Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division, and Geometry are the math skills most often used.
Mechanical skills and a forklift certification is not required but highly preferred.
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Must possess vision abilities including close vision and color recognition.
Responsibilities:
Assure compliance of all Pharma Nobis policies and procedures including safety, SOPs, GMP, and guiding principles.
Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
Responsible for rotating and inventorying all supplies and chemicals needed for their area, and to let the Production Manager know of their needs in a timely manner.
Accuracy in documentation as it relates to inventory control Accuracy to GMP guidelines for label documentation and weights and measurements Computational and conversion accuracy Ability to read and follow batching formulas with 100% accuracy Able to perform sampling and documentation of manufactured bulk.
Able to transfer bulk materials into holding vessels.
Able to compound bulk materials utilizing blending methods.
Cleaning the production blending rooms, all tanks and utensils used in the production process.
Model all Company policies and procedures with a positive attitude for team and self development.
Perform all other duties deemed necessary by Pharma Nobis management.
