9K a year 4 days ago 4 days ago 4 days ago MRC Cornerstone, Texarkana's best senior living community, a part of Methodist Retirement Communities, seeks an Executive Assistant that is mission-driven and willing to provide administrative support to the Executive Director and manage the workflow of the administrative office while exhibiting a professional, courteous and service attitude to fellow staff, business partners, visitors, families and especially the residents.
Job Duties Manage the schedule and calendar of the Executive Oversee the efforts of the concierge/courtesy team manning entrances Responsible for agendas and minutes of board meetings, leadership meetings and Association meetings Performs billing and accounting duties like accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit card/charge accounts, record donations Process all invoices in Yooz accounting system Reconcile monthly credit card and charge accounts Serve as the point of contact for resident questions, including billing statements Monitor move-out paperwork and process check requests for refunds Responsible for generating benchmarking reports, council meeting agendas, business and other financial reports Organize conferences and events, including catering, invitations and coordination of equipment Performs other duties as assigned by the Executive Director Qualifications Must fit culture.
ICARE = Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect and Excellence At least four years of administrative support experience Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Notary Public required, or ability to obtain Excellent written and verbal communication skills Positive and professional image Must be flexible, detail-oriented and able to multi-task Key Benefits Start earning PTO upon hire Generous 401k and match- up to 4%.
