Cornerstone is currently seeking a Physical Plant Director.
The Physical Plant Director is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, clean and attractive physical environment for residents, guests and employees.
Other duties include:
Developing, directing and executing preventative maintenance programs.
Assuring compliance with local/state/federal regulations, including fire and life safety.
Conducting audits and regular inspections, identifying needs and executing correction.
Assisting with the development and directing Fire Safety and Disaster Preparedness Evacuation procedures.
Negotiation and approval of vendor contracts/agreements, including ongoing relationships with vendors.
