Job Description The Warehouse Coordinator / Driver is responsible for the inventory of the Warehouse and daily delivery of HVAC freight and materials.
The ultimate goal of this role is to supervise the procurement and dispatch process and delivery of products to customers and vendors for one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships that carries multiple brands of equipment, parts and supplies.
Essential Duties/Accountabilities:
o Represent GEMAIRE as a leader in the industry.
o Daily loading and unloading of products in truck for delivery to customers and/or other Sales Centers.
o Receive, inspect and stock all merchandise.
o Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy.
o Pick and verify orders for customers and inter-office transfers.
Prepare orders for shipment as needed.
o Collect invoices with proper signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
o Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance and reporting in/out times with merchandise returns.
o Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
o Minimum 6 months Warehouse experience and 1 year driving experience including forklift operation.
Appliance lift experience is a plus.
o Must possess a clean driving record with no restrictions, suspensions or DUI convictions in the past 3 years.
o Must be able to pass DOT physical examination requirements.
o CDL license a plus, but not required (except in certain states).
o Must be able to multi-task and work within daily deadlines.
o Knowledge of common carrier (LTL) and full truckload logistics.
o Must possess the attitude of wanting to learn and grow with our Company.
o High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred.
o Must be 21 years of age or older.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
