Minimum Qualifications (Screen Out Element):
Ability to do the work of an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Mechanic Leader without more than normal supervision. I have the ability to perform the common Industrial Equipment Maintenance Mechanic Leader duties which includes determining the proper materials, equipment, or parts that are required for repairs or maintenance. I can interpret guides such as blueprints, sketches, and technical manuals to perform maintenance or repairs; perform repairs or maintenance on industrial equipment; and troubleshoot to diagnose malfunctions. I work under normal supervision of a work leader or journey-level employee who observes tasks in progress and upon completion to ensure they are properly performed. - Failure to meet this Screen Out Element will result in an ineligible rating. Ability to Interpret Instructions, Specification, etc. (includes blueprint reading)Ability To Lead or SuperviseAbility To Use and Maintain Tools and EquipmentKnowledge of Equipment Assembly, Installation, Repair, etc.Knowledge of MaterialsTechnical Practices (theoretical, precise, artistic)Trouble Shooting Physical requirements include prolonged standing, stooping, bending, climbing and working in cramped positions. Incumbent is subject to cuts, bruises, burns and strains. Requires lifting of items weighing in excess of 45 pounds or more on a frequent basis. Work is performed inside and outside of shop buildings and is exposed to varied weather conditions, dust, fumes and noise. Incumbent is required to wear or utilize prescribed safety/protective items according to work area(s).

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
