Supervisory Disbursing Specialist NF-04
1. At least one year leadership or supervisory experience is desired. 2. Demonstrated progressive knowledge of Non Appropriated Fund policies and procedures 3. Progressively responsible work experience directly related to the duties described above 4. Ability to communicate in a professional manner both orally and in writing 5. Required experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade
