Supervisory Civilian Pay Specialist (NAF) NF-04
1. Demonstrated progressive knowledge of the policies and procedures of Army NAF Payroll functions is required. 2. At least one year leadership or supervisory experience is required. 3. Ability to communicate in a professional manner both orally and in writing. 4. Required experience must have been equivalent in complexity and difficulty to the next lower grade level.
