Experience:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes:
1) Reviewing technical operations such as submitting source data for delivery of equipment; 2) Assisting with developing equipment technical publications (ETPs) for maintenance; 3) Utilizing testing systems for maintenance operations. 4) Reviewing blueprints or diagrams prior to distribution to alleviate revisions. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). OR Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate degree. Undergraduate and Graduate education must have included least a total of 15 semester hours in an appropriate scientific, technical, or social science field(s), and at least one course above the introductory level in the field(s) covered by the position. For technical manuals and specifications writers or editors, the equivalent of 15 semester hours may have been gained through vocational or educational training above the high school level at a public, private, or Armed Forces school. Experience:
A combination of education as described in B and experience as described in B may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages. (Note:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
